Whether you are feeling worried, anxious, depressed or unmotivated you can now self refer (refer yourself). If you are 16 or over and registered with our practice you can now get mental health support without having to see a GP. This service is now provided by the Vita Mind (by the vita Health Group). To self refer simply call 03330 152 966 or by visit the vita mind website 

Once you refer, you together with your therapist will agree the best approach to your treatment and then support you through this process.
