Frequently Asked Questions
Why is reception closed during the hours 12:30PM and 1:30PM?
This is in order for the receptionists to have a dedicated time for break together, for their wellbeing and this also this allows us to have better staffing throughout the rest of the day.
**What do I do if I need urgent help during these hours?
While we understand that you may have urgent medical need, if you have a medical problem that cannot wait an hour, you should consider going to A&E or calling NHS 111. However if you need to contact us during this hour then call the emergency only line on 01953 661995.
What other options do I have during this hour of closure?
Please remember you can still Online Consultation for any routine medical questions. In addition to this you can also use Pharmacy First service, if this is appropriate.
